The Placement guide allows you to see and check the placement of the stitch line. The Machine Guide has the gripper strip & is used to stitch the line. Creative Grids Stipple Stitcher Guide: for control of tiny stippling. Fits hopping foot of all major quilting machines. Fits around the hopping foot and allows for easy hand guiding to the finest detail. Easier and better than using the standard handle controls of the quilting machine.
