*Shipping is by weight of actual product. If we can fit something into a flat rate box for less we will do that and take off any difference in price when we ring it up.
*Shipping Globally - we will pay what it would cost to ship within the USA plus shipping fee as above and ask you to make up the difference. We will email the actual cost before shipping.
•Items that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours from the Eastern Washington area. If we are temporarily out of stock (mostly applies to notions as most fabrics can not be reordered) you will be e-mailed an estimated date of arrival. There will not be any extra shipping costs for back ordered items.
•Large items by UPS ground (5-7 day delivery allowance) or USPS - whichever is least expensive.
•We reserve the right to request more information from your credit card issuing bank.
•Tax will be charged for Washington orders only. All other duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
•A note to Canadian customers: Your orders may be stopped at the border by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and may charge processing fee as well as federal and provincial sales tax. Therefore we will try to ship back ordered items at the same time as other items so there is not a fee for each package.
